Horseback riding tour in Dalmatia/Cetina region

Riding on horses through the Cetina region will give you pleasure and an unforgettable experience where you will pass along the Cetina River and through the paths of the Kamesnica Mountain.

During the program experienced riders and guides will take care of you and the horses. The program includes: English speaking guides, bed & breakfast, lunch and dinner on resting places in the nature, transfers from and to the airport, as well as all transfers included in the program.

DAY 1: Arrival in Split Airport. Transfer to Trilj, dinner and overnight in a private pension.

DAY 2: After breakfast, transfer to the horse stables, introduction to the guides and horses. Choosing the right horse according the riding abilities for every rider. Riding along the river Cetina, rest and lunch beside the river. Continue to Bijela Glavica, from where there is a beautiful view to the city of Trilj, the Cetina River and the mountain Kamesnica. Return to the stable. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: After breakfast, ride to Garduna – a village on a hill above Trilj with an archaeological site form roman time. Lunch in Gardun, rest. Ride back to the stable. Dinner by the Cetina River. Overnight in private pension.

DAY 4: Breakfast. Riding through the Cetina valley, visit an old mill on the river Grab, lunch and rest. Time for swimming in the Cetina River. Dinner and overnight in private pension.

DAY 5 : Breakfast. Riding to the village called Han, rest and lunch. Ridding thought the Hrvatacka field, dinner outside in the nature, overnight in nearby private pension.

DAY 6: Breakfast. Riding thought the hills and valleys of the river Sutine, lunch and then back to pension.

DAY 7: Breakfast. Riding to the city of Sinj, the main city of the Cetina region, well known for unique equestrian tournament “Sinjska alka”. Lunch in Sinj and sightseeing the city. Ride back to the stables. Dinner and overnight in private pension.

DAY 8: Breakfast. After breakfast farewell to the hosts and transfer to the airport. End of programme.

Note:
Programme includes 4-6 hours riding. Basic ridding knowledge is necessary. Good physical condition and be prepared for a longer stay outdoor which includes food.

It is necessary to take ridding equipment, which includes waterproof covering in case of rain. During the summer it is necessary to take sun cream as well as a swimming costume for the river Cetina.
