If you want to rest and at the same time to make bussines arrangements, you are welcome in our apartment house "VALERIJA" in Supetar on island Brac.

At your disposal you will find on ground floor apartment with 3 beds (with SAT TV), on second floor apartment with 3 beds + appartment 4+1 (entrance in big apartment is through hall of small apartment) i.e. it can be one large apartment for 8-9 persons .

“Villa Valerija “ is in ownership of agency “Maestral” has been completelly renovated and modernised by beginning of 2005.and offers much better quality for stay of guests.

Since house has central heating it is opened all year around and offers very acceptable conditions in off season in pleasant climate of Middle Dalmatia.

In house there is also summer reception for all guests are coming to island Braè ( owners of agency speak german,english,french and italian language ).
Second floor disposes with large balcony with sea view, and larger apartment has also SAT TV ( apartment 4+1 has air-condition ).

Behind the house is grill and space for eating and in front of the house there is a garden and a large parking place for 4-6 cars.

House is situated nearby hotel "KAKTUS" and sport centre Supetar. Till beach there is cca 4-5 minutes. House has central heating and it is opened all round the year.

II etage consists of 2 apartments with common entrance hall : A2+1( with ventilator ) and A4+1( with A/C),suitable for larger family or 2 family friends.Behind the house there is grill room with kitchen and eating space.In front of the house there is big parking.

Die zweite Etage besteht aus zwei Apt. mit gemeisamen Eingang:A2+1 (mit Deckventilator) und A4+1 mit Klima. Geignet für eine grössere oder 2 befreundeten Familien. Hinter dem Haus ist ein schöner Grillarten mit Zusatzküche und Esseneum. Vor dem Haus ist ein grosser Parkplatz.
