There are 6 apartments of this type,3 on the first and 3 on the second floor
The size of these apartments is 26 m2.
The apartments have shower/wc, kitchen with eating place. 4 apartments have balcony with sea view and 2 apartments have hill view.Each apartment has air condition and satelite and parking is in front of house.
In house there are additionaly 2 apartments studio with 2 beds.One apartment is on first and another is on second etage.Surface of one apartment is cca 21 m2.Another information is same as for apartments studio 2+1.
Distances:
Till center there is 200 m, till shop cca 340m, petrol station is in Supetar cca 6 km.
This apartment house is situated in Škrip and from sea ( Splitska ) cca 3 km, till Supetar 8 km.
Ship excrsions,tennis,water skiing,diving,rent a bike,scooter is possible in Supetar.
This apartment house is specially suitable also for small bike and trekking groups

STRUCTURE OF APARTMENTS :
GROUND FLOOR : In front of house there is own parking for 6-8 cars on road for center of Škrip, fire place with kitchen,dining room under olive trees where guests usually dine.In case of bad weather it us used inside dining room.
ETAGE 1 : with 3 apartments type studio A/2+1, possible 4th bed and one apartment A/2.
ETAGE 2 : same structure as on etage 1.
Every apartment has matrimonial bed + one or two extra beds, shower,wc,satv,most of apartments have sea view.

For individual reservations price increases 14%
Child on additional bed till 7 years : is paying 6 eur daily.Child on additional bed 7-14 years is paying 11 eur daily. Adult on additional bed is paying 16 eur daily.
SPECIAL NOTE :
In IV,V,IX,X is given special action : one family with 2 adults and 2 children can get 2 apartments upon price of 96 eur + visitors tax.
In above mentioned rates is included breakfast and dinner which are served.Besides that guests are offered wine, juice while beer is paid separatelly.Guests can eat unlimitted quantity.

Being the oldest settlement on the island, Škrip is one of the must-see destinations for every visitor to Brac. The Museum of Brac is located in the old Radojkovic house; the nearby church of the Holy Ghost, the Cerinic family mansion and the parochial church of St. Helen stand witness to the time when life, endangered by pirates, went on deeper in the island and away from the coast and when Škrip was one of the most important places on the island. The few residents mainly live of agriculture, although this living museum has lately been seeing more and more tourists.
